Dental insurance is not required at Locust Street Dental.  We offer our own In-House Membership plan for those who choose to be without dental insurance but would like to save money on their necessary treatment. If you or your family are interested in this membership plan, please don’t hesitate to ask us about what it entails.

  • Locust Street Dental accepts all dental insurances. As a courtesy to our patients, we submit all claims to your insurance to help streamline the process. We have chosen to not have a contract with these companies so we can always provide the best care for our patients.

  • We expect all our patients to pay at the time of service. Before arriving to your visits, we make sure that you don’t have any questions, and you are aware of the costs associated with treatment and your insurance breakdown. We don’t withhold any of that information from you, and we do our best to utilize your insurance as efficiently as possible. It is important to understand that with insurance, there are many factors that affect their reimbursement that are outside of our control.

Our office takes pride in spending intentional time with each patient to receive the highest quality of care tailored to their individual needs. While our office will bill your insurance company as a courtesy, our approach allows us to prioritize your care over the limitations of insurance companies.

Our mission at Locust Street Dental is to help you keep your teeth for a lifetime.  We strive to help you maintain optimal oral health, as your overall health is very closely connected to this.  Our practice is designed for patients who value oral health and getting the best care.  We want to build a level of trust and dental knowledge of your own mouth, where you can be a part of the process of what treatment looks like for you.  We have custom treatment plans for all our patients that are tailored to your needs and goals. Once we have this treatment plan, the dentistry required can be completed at different paces, depending on the situation.  We feel strongly in the goal of treating others as we would want to be treated.  I would never want to go to my provider and wonder if they are giving me all the information that I need or have my best interests in mind.
